Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. First class is the slowest and can experience delays beyond our control. If you need your order quickly, we recommend choosing from our expedited shipping options. You choose the one that fits your needs best when you check out. Orders will not be refunded if they arrive after your party date. Thank you.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL because all orders are unique and made to order for every customer. If we are at fault in any way, then we will reprint your order at no cost to you. No refunds will be made due to post office delays.
